摘 要:永磁同步电机(PMSM)具有过载能力强,功率密度高,动态响应快等优点。但由于定子铁心饱和以及电枢反应的影响,限制了PMSM过载能力的进一步提高。本文首先从电机结构参数入手,开展影响PMSM过载能力的研究,分析齿槽结构参数、定子内外径比以及磁钢尺寸对PMSM过载能力的影响。然后对定子铁心不同材料对PMSM过载能力的影响进行分析。根据理论分析进行原理样机研制,并搭建试验平台进行试验分析。将试验结果与理论仿真分析结果进行对比,证明理论分析的有效性和正确性。Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has the advantages on overload capacity,power density and dynamic response.However,the further improvement of PMSM overload capacity is limited due to the influences of stator core saturation and armature reaction.The text firstly analyses the influence of overload capacity of PMSM from the motor structure parameters which include cogging structure parameters,stator diameter ratio and size of permanent magnet.Secondly the effect of different materials of stator core to the overload ability of PMSM was analysed.According to the theoretical anasysis,the prototype motors were developed,and an experimental platform was builded.Finally the validity and the correctness of theoretical analysis was proved comparing the simulation with the experiment.
