补脾益肾汤联合血液净化治疗脾肾气虚型慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补脾益肾汤联合血液净化治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床价值。方法选取2019年10月—2020年12月我院收治的92例慢性肾功能衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组患者给予血液净化治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上,给予补脾益肾汤治疗,观察2组患者临床疗效,治疗前、治疗8周后肾功能指标、氧化应激指标变化及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为91.30%,明显高于对照组的73.91%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),治疗8周后,2组患者Scr、BUN、Ccr水平均有所改善,且观察组治疗后Scr、BUN、Ccr水平均优于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),治疗8周后,2组患者MDA、GSH-Px、SOD水平均有所改善,且观察组治疗后MDA、GSH-Px、SOD水平均优于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率为15.22%,高于对照组的10.87%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补脾益肾汤联合血液净化治疗脾肾气虚型慢性肾功能衰竭,能显著改善患者肾功能,减轻患者氧化应激水平,效果确切,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bupi Yishen decoction combined with blood purification in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods Ninety-two patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from Oc-tober 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were assigned to the observation group and control group according to a random number table,with 46 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received blood purifi-cation,and patients in the observation group received Bupi Yishen decoction on top of treatment in the control group.The clinical efficacy,renal function indexes,oxidative stress indicators,and adverse reactions during treatment were observed before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment in the two groups.Results The overall response rate of the observation group was 91.30%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.91%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and creatinine clearance rate(Ccr)between the two groups(all P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,Scr,BUN,and Ccr levels in the two groups were a-meliorated,and Scr,BUN and Ccr levels in the observation group were better than those in the concurrent control group af-ter treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)between the two groups(all P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,MDA,GSH-Px,and SOD levels in the two groups were improved,and MDA,GSH-Px,and SOD levels in the observation group were statistically superior to those in the concurrent control group after treatment(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the observation group was 15.22%,which was higher than that in the control group(10.87%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The Bupi Yishen decoction combined with blood
