摘 要:随着环保政策的收紧以及人们环保意识的不断增强,为了替代重金属有机锡热稳定剂,开发应用于透明聚氯乙烯(PVC)制品的新型环保热稳定剂成为当下研究的热点。同时,增塑剂等其他助剂在透明PVC制品中的应用技术也是实现PVC制品“无锡化”的另一个重要课题。论文基于上述两个方面,综述了目前透明PVC用热稳定剂及其他助剂的研究进展,并阐明了相关机理。最后,文章就透明PVC用热稳定剂研究思路及其需要进一步解决的问题提出了几点意见。With the tightening of environmental protection policies and the continuous improvement of people’s environmental awareness,the development and application of new environmentally friendly heat stabilizers to replace the heavy-metal organotin heat stabilizers for the transparent PVC products has become a research hotspot.At the same time,the application technology of plasticizers and other additives in transparent PVC products is also another important topic to realize the“tin free”of PVC products.On this basis,we reviewed the research progress in the application of heat stabilizers and additives in transparent PVC products,and analyzed the related mechanisms.Finally,we put forward some suggestions on the research ideas of heat stabilizers for transparent PVC and the problems that need to be further solved.
