摘　　要：目的:探析步手枪项目运动员备战全国比赛的身心状态与监测指标的相关性。方法:检测血红蛋白(HGB)、肌酸激酶(CK)、血皮质醇(COR)、尿素氮(BUN)等指标,结合心境状态量表(POMS)监测省队30名运动员全国比赛选拔考核前、中、后的身心状态。结论:(1)赛前教练员适应性训练合理且有效,运动员在比赛强度刺激下机能状态有所波动,但整体较为稳定;(2)心境状态赛前、赛后均良好;(3)生化与心理指标监测不可替代且应将二者结合,同步施测。Objectives:To explore the correlation between the physical and mental state and the monitoring indexes of the rifle and pistol athletes preparing for the national competition.Methods The biochemical indexes such as HGB,CK,COR,BUN,and so on,together with the state of mind scale(POMS)were used to monitor the physiological and psychological state of the 30 athletes in provincial rifle and pistol team for examination of the national competition.Conclusion(1)The adaptive training of coaches before the competition is reasonable and effective.The functional state of athletes fluctuates under the stimulation of competition intensity,but the overall situation is relatively stable;(2)The state of mind was good before and after the competition;(3)The monitoring of biochemical and psychological indexes cannot be replaced and should be carried out simultaneously.
