摘　　要：绿道起源于欧美,目前在国内外城市的规划建设实践中都有着广泛的应用。绿道体育的出现很好地缓解了在城市化进程不断加速,城市人口密度不断增加,土地资源短缺的背景下,人民群众对体育锻炼的需求同公共体育服务供给不足之间的矛盾。同时,绿道健身具有休闲健身、低碳环保、文化传播等功能。该文通过对天津市绿道发展功能特征进行分析,认为天津市绿道发展潜力巨大,建设节能环保,具有区域化、非均衡化的特征。提出:在宏观层面上,加强政策规划,落实监督制度;在中观层面上,扩展融资渠道,引入市场化运作机制;在微观层面上,加大宣传力度,因地制宜地开发城市绿道的发展建议。Greenways originated in Europe and the United States,and are currently widely used in urban planning and construction practices at home and abroad.The emergence of greenway sports has well alleviated the contradiction between the people’s demand for physical exercise and the insufficient supply of public sports services under the background of accelerating urbanization,increasing urban population density and shortage of land resources.At the same time,greenway fitness has the functions of leisure fitness,low-carbon environmental protection and cultural communication.By analyzing the functional characteristics of greenway development in Tianjin,this paper believes that Tianjin’greenway has great potential for development,energy conservation and environmental protection,and has the characteristics of regionalization and non-equilibrium.Finally,it is proposed to strengthen policy planning and implement the supervision system at the macro level;At the middle level,expand financing channels and introduce market-oriented operation mechanism;At the micro level,we should strengthen publicity and develop urban greenways according to local conditions.
