摘 要:该文主要研究太极拳运动对大学生心境状态的影响,采用问卷调查法、实验法等方法,选取东南大学体育课程中学习24式太极拳的学生为实验对象,进行8周的太极拳运动,运动前测量学生的心境状态,与运动后测量的心境状态数据进行对比分析和差异性检验。结论:太极拳运动有利于降低大学生的愤怒情绪和慌乱情绪;有利于提升大学生的自尊感;对大学生TMD值的下降影响显著。建议:愤怒、慌乱情绪较高的学生可以选择太极拳课程进行学习;高校可以动员学生参加太极拳运动,提升学生的自尊感;学校、社会可以通过多种方法促进大学生更好地参与太极拳运动,使学生心境状态向积极的方向发展,进而使学生的身心健康得到全面发展。This paper mainly studies the influence of Taijiquan on college students’state of mind.By using the methods of questionnaire and experiment,the students who studied 24 Style Taijiquan in the physical education course of Southeast University were selected as the experimental subjects to carry out 8-week Taijiquan exercise.The students’state of mind was measured before the exercise,and the data of state of mind measured after the exercise were compared and analyzed.Conclusion:Taijiquan is beneficial to reduce the anger and confusion of college students;Taijiquan is beneficial to the promotion of college students’self-esteem;Taijiquan exercise has a significant effect on the decrease of TMD value of college students.Suggestion:Students with high anger and confusion can choose Taijiquan course to learn;Colleges and universities can mobilize students to participate in Taijiquan to enhance their sense of self-esteem;Schools and society can guide and promote the participation of Taijiquan in college students through various methods,so that students’mood can develop in a positive direction,and then their physical and mental health can be developed in an all-round way.
