百令胶囊联合盐酸贝那普利片治疗慢性肾小球肾的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨百令胶囊联合盐酸贝那普利片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效及对患者血清炎症因子的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月佛山市高明区人民医院肾内科收治的119例慢性肾小球肾炎患者作为研究对象,根据就诊顺序编号的单双数分为观察组(n=59)和对照组(n=60)。对照组给予盐酸贝那普利片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合百令胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]和肾功能指标[24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Up)、血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素(BUN)]水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(94.92%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清IL-6、IL-18、TNF-α及hs-CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组24 h Up、BUN及SCr水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论百令胶囊联合盐酸贝那普利片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎效果显著,可有效调节患者机体炎症因子水平,保护肾功能,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bailing capsule combined with benazepril hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of chronic glomerular kidney and its effect on serum inflammatory factors.Methods 119 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis who were admitted to the Department of Nephrology in Gaoming District People's Hospital,Foshan City from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation groups(n=59)and the control group(n=60)according to the odd and even numbers of the numbers of visits.The control group was treated with beenapril hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with Bailing capsule on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors(interleukin-6[IL-6],interleukin-8[IL-8],hypersensitive C-reactive protein[hs-CRP],tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α])and renal function index(24 hour urinary protein[24 h Up],serum creatinine[SCr],blood urea nitrogen[BUN])levels before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(94.92%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,IL-18,TNF-αand hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 24 h Up,BUN and SCr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion Bailing capsule combined with beenapril hydrochloride tablets has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis,can regulate the level of inflammatory factors in the body,and protect the renal function of patients,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
