摘 要:目的探讨连续性血液净化技术治疗重症慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2016年5月至2021年5月本院收治的54例重症慢性肾功能衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为连续组和间歇组,每组27例。连续组行连续性血液净化,间歇组行间歇性血液净化,比较两组净化前后肾功能、免疫功能、临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果净化前,两组肌酐、尿素氮水平比较差异无统计学意义;净化后,两组肌酐、尿素氮水平均低于净化前,且连续组低于间歇组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。净化前,两组CD3+、CD4+比较差异无统计学意义;净化后,两组CD3+、CD4+均高于净化前,且连续组高于间歇组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。连续组血液净化总有效率(88.89%)高于间歇组(62.96%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。连续组并发症发生率(3.70%)低于间歇组(22.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续性血液净化技术治疗重症慢性肾功能衰竭效果显著,可改善患者肾功能,增强其机体免疫力,延缓肾衰竭进展,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of continuous blood purification technology in the treatment on severe chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 54 patients with severe chronic renal failure who were admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2021 was selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into continuous group and intermittent group according to random drawing method,with 27 cases in each group.The continuous group underwent continuous blood purification,and the intermittent group underwent intermittent blood purification,the renal function,immune function before and after purification,the clinical efficacy and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before purification,there was no significant difference in the levels of creatinine and blood urea nitrogen between the two groups;after purification,the levels of creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in the two groups were lower than those before purification,and the continuous group was lower than the intermittent group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before purification,there was no significant difference in CD3+and CD4+between the two groups;after purification,the CD3+and CD4+of the two groups were higher than those before purification,and the continuous group were higher than the intermittent group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of blood purification in the continuous group(88.89%)was higher than that in the intermittent group(62.96%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the continuous group(3.70%)was lower than that in the intermittent group(22.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous blood purification has technology significant effect in the treatment of severe chronic renal failure,which can improve the improvement of renal function in patients,enhance their immunity,and delay the progression of renal failure,it is worthy of c
