地塞米松磷酸钠注射液联合神经生长因子对甲状腺术后喉返神经功能恢复的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨地塞米松磷酸钠注射液联合神经生长因子(NGF)对甲状腺术后喉返神经功能损伤恢复的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2020年10月于本院甲状腺乳腺外科行甲状腺手术后出现喉返神经功能损伤的40例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组20例。实验组采用地塞米松磷酸钠注射液联合NGF治疗,对照组不采取特殊临床干预。比较两组发声情况、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组发声情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗过程中未出现严重不良反应,且可耐受。结论地塞米松磷酸钠注射液联合NGF能促进患者甲状腺术后喉返神经功能损伤的恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of dexamethasone combined with nerve growth factor(NGF)on functional recovery of recurrent laryngeal nerve(RLN)after thyroid surgery.Methods 40 patients with recurrent laryngeal nerve damage after undergoing thyroid surgery in the department of Thyroid and Breast Surgery of from March 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection combined with NGF,while the control group was not given special clinical intervention.The vocalization,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The vocalization of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was 95.0%,which was higher than 65.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment in the experimental group and it was tolerated.Conclusion Dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection combined with NGF can promote the recovery of RLN after thyroid surgery,which is worthy of clinical application.
