中医针灸疗法配合腹部按摩对剖宫产术后产妇胃肠功能恢复及不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的分析中医针灸疗法配合腹部按摩对剖宫产术后产妇胃肠功能恢复及不良反应的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年4月于本院行剖宫产术的250名产妇作为研究对象,采用电脑盲选法分为对照组与研究组,每组125名。对照组给予腹部按摩,研究组给予中医针灸疗法联合腹部按摩,比较两组胃肠功能恢复情况(肠鸣音恢复正常时间、首次排便时间、首次排气时间)、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组肠鸣音恢复正常时间、首次排便时间、首次排气时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率(98.40%)高于对照组(72.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(1.60%)低于对照组(13.60%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸疗法联合腹部按摩用于剖宫产术后产妇效果理想,能明显改善产妇胃肠功能恢复情况,缩短胃肠功能恢复时间,且治疗有效率及安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)acupuncture therapy combined with abdominal massage on the recovery of gastrointestinal function and adverse reactions of puerperae after caesarean section.Methods 250 puerperae who underwent caesarean section in our hospital from January 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to the computer blind selection method,with 125 cases in each group.The control group was given abdominal massage,and the study group was given TCM acupuncture therapy combined with abdominal massage,the recovery of gastrointestinal function(time for bowel sounds to return to normal,time to first defecation,time to first exhaustion),the clinical efficacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The time for bowel sounds to return to normal,time to first defecation,time to first exhaustion in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(98.40%)was higher than that in the control group(72.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(1.60%)was lower than that of the control group(13.60%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM acupuncture therapy combined with abdominal massage has ideal effect on puerperae after cesarean section,can significantly improve the recovery of maternal gastrointestinal function of puerperae,shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,and has high treatment efficiency and safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
