彩色多普勒超声诊断输尿管结石急性梗阻伴肾周积液的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探究彩色多普勒超声诊断输尿管结石急性梗阻伴肾周积液的临床价值。方法选取2020年1—12月本院收治的76例输尿管结石急性梗阻伴肾周积液患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行彩色多普勒超声检查。观察彩色多普勒超声诊断输尿管结石急性梗阻伴肾周积液的影像学特征。结果76例患者输尿管均呈肾窦分离扩张状态,平均扩张直径(9.68±1.27)mm;扩张输尿管腔内可见强回声光团或条状回声带,输尿管周围未见回声带;肾周可见“线条状”或“月牙状”液性暗区,平均暗区直径(8.87±1.13)mm。梗阻位置:输尿管下段39例,占比51.32%;输尿管上段27例,占比35.52%;输尿管中段10例,占比13.16%。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断输尿管结石急性梗阻伴肾周积液效果较好,可探及输尿管扩张、梗阻位置、肾周积液程度等情况,为临床治疗提供参考依据。Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute obstruction of ureteral calculi with perirenal effusion.Methods A total of 76 patients with acute ureteral calculi and perirenal effusion who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,all patients underwent color Doppler ultrasonography.The imaging features of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute obstruction of ureteral calculi with perirenal effusion.Results The ureters of the 76 patients were all in the state of renal sinus separation and dilation,with an average dilated diameter of(9.68±1.27)mm;hyperechoic light groups or strip-shaped echogenic bands were seen in the lumen of the dilated ureters,but no echogenic bands were seen around the ureter;"Line-like"or"crescent-like"liquid dark areas can be seen around the kidneys,with an average dark area diameter of(8.87±1.13)mm.Location of obstruction:39 cases in the lower ureter,accounting for 51.32%;27 cases in the upper ureter,accounting for 35.52%;10 cases in the middle ureter,accounting for 13.16%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is effective in diagnosing acute obstruction of ureteral calculi with perirenal effusion,it can detect information such as ureteral dilatation,obstruction location,and degree of perirenal effusion,which can provide a reference for clinical treatment.
