摘 要:电火花线切割(WEDM)电脑数控(CNC)系统具有多任务并发、周期执行的特点,且有较强的实时性要求。针对线切割工艺需求以及CNC系统硬件结构,对线切割CNC系统进行任务分析,对多核任务分配问题建立抽象模型描述;根据任务执行频率等自身属性,结合模糊综合评价法量化任务执行开销与通信开销;引入处理器负载约束,改良模拟退火法实现任务分配寻优,弥补了常规任务分配算法不考虑任务周期性的缺点。实验结果表明:多核任务分配模型经改良模拟退火寻优后,可快速收敛到最优分配方案,同时兼顾线切割CNC系统多任务并发和周期执行的要求,能够充分发挥处理器的多核运算能力。The wire-cut electrical discharge machining(WEDM) computer numerical control(CNC) system has the characteristics of multi-task concurrent and periodic execution, and has strong real-time requirements.According to the wire cutting process requirements and the hardware structure of the CNC system, perform task analysis on the wire cutting CNC system, and establish an abstract model description for the multi-core task allocation problem. According to its own attributes such as task execution frequency, combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantify the task execution overhead and communication overhead.The introduction of processor load constraints, improved simulated annealing method to achieve task allocation optimization, to make up for the conventional task allocation algorithm does not consider the shortcomings of task periodicity.The experimental results show that the multi-core task allocation model can quickly converge to the optimal allocation scheme after improved simulated annealing optimization.At the same time, it takes into account the requirements of multi-task concurrent and periodic execution of the wire-cut CNC system, and can give full play to the multi-core computing power of the processor.
