摘 要:结合旋转磁场取向和流延工艺制备了片状Fe-Si-Al磁粉/聚乙烯醇缩丁醛酯(PVB)系列复合膜,对样品的微观形貌、静态和动态磁性能进行了表征,分析取向磁场对复合膜的磁导率(μeff)和品质因数(Q)影响。结果表明:片状Fe-Si-Al磁粉在复合膜面内高度取向分布,复合膜具有显著的磁各向异性。随着取向磁场从0增大至40 Oe时,复合膜的有效磁导率和品质因数均有较大幅度提高,但进一步增至60 Oe时二者的提高幅度明显减小;复合膜磁粉含量为86 wt%、取向磁场大小为60 Oe时,复合膜的有效磁导率(1 MHz处)和品质因数峰值分别为166和29.8;随着取向磁场的增大,复合膜直流偏置性能略有降低;高度取向片状Fe-Si-Al磁粉/聚合物复合膜表现出较好的高频电磁性能。A series of Fe-Si-Al magnetic flakes/polyvinyl butyral(PVB)composite sheets were prepared by tapecasting process with rotating orientation magnetic field.The morphology and static and dynamic magnetic properties of the samples were characterized.Furthermore,the influences of the magnitude of orientation magnetic field on the effective permeability(μeff)and quality factor(Q)of the composite films were discussed.The composite sheets exhibit significant magnetic anisotropy due to the highly oriented distribution of Fe-Si-Al magnetic flakes.It is found that the effective permeability and quality factor of the composite sheet greatly increase with the increase of the orientation magnetic field from 0 to 40 Oe,and however,increases very slowly when the orientation magnetic field further increases to 60 Oe.For the composite sheet with 86 wt%of magnetic flakes and 60 Oe of the orientation magnetic field,the effective permeability(at 1 MHz)and the peak value of quality factor are 166 and 29.8,respectively.Meanwhile,the DC-bias performance of the composite sheets decreases slightly with the increasing orientation magnetic field.The highly oriented Fe-Si-Al magnetic flakes/polymer composite sheet exhibits good high-frequency electromagnetic properties.
