摘 要:针对5G通讯小型化应用需求,改变结构形式,研制了一种超小型集总参数型隔离器。相对于传统的分布参数式隔离器,这种隔离器体积缩小95%以上,核心思路为采用集总参数元件代替更大尺寸的分布参数电路。通过原理设计和仿真分析,最后成功制作了器件样品。隔离器的工作频率为1805~1880 MHz,外形尺寸为5×5×2.5 mm,电压驻波比小于1.3,插入损耗小于0.45 dB,隔离度大于18 dB。该器件尺寸小,装配方便,性能参数优良,可望广泛应用于通讯系统。Aiming at miniaturization application requirements for 5G communication,a lumped parameter isolator design method is proposed by changing structure.Compared to traditional distributed parameter circuits,the designed isolator uses lumped parameter components instead of more commonly used distributed parameter circuits with bigger sizes,resultantly decreasing its size by above 95%.By principle design and simulation analysis,isolator sample was successfully fabricated,which features a operating frequency of 1805-1880 MHz,size of 5×5×2.5 mm,voltage standing wave ratio(VSWR)of less than 1.3,insertion loss of less than 0.4 dB,and isolation of greater than 20 dB.The device can be expected to widely used in 5G communication systems for its small size,convenient assembly and excellent performance.
