摘 要:以多晶铁纤维为吸收剂制备了8~18 GHz波段吸波涂层,重点研究了吸波涂层中多晶铁纤维填充量及长径比对吸波特性的影响,并探讨吸波机理。结果表明,多晶铁纤维吸波涂层具有轻质强吸收特性,填充有17 wt%多晶铁纤维的1 mm厚吸波涂层在14.15 GHz处吸收峰值达−50.28 dB,强吸收主要来源于干涉相消作用,且可通过改变填充的多晶铁纤维长径比调控吸波涂层最佳吸收频点,有望用于设计制备宽频吸波涂层。The microwave absorbing coatings with different filler content and aspect ratio of polycrystalline iron fiber as absorber were prepared and their electromagnetic absorption property were studied in the frequency of 8 GHz to 18 GHz.Experimental results show that the polycrystalline iron fiber absorbing coating has light and strong absorption characteristics.For a 1 mm absorbing coating filled with 17 wt%polycrystalline iron fiber,a reflection loss(RL)exceeding–50.28 dB in the frequency of 14.15 GHz is obtained,which can be attributed to the interference cancellation effect.Meanwhile,the optimum absorption frequency of the absorbing coating can be controlled by changing the aspect ratio of the filled polycrystalline iron fiber,which is expected to be used to design and prepare broadband microwave absorbing coatings.
