摘  要:通过对变比为1:1的传输线变压器在高频、低频状态下的工作模式进行分析,给出了工作条件,为传输线变压器的宽频带设计提供了设计依据。最后用传输线变压器原理设计制作了一款宽频带(3 dB带宽为0.075~500 MHz)变压器,给出了传输线特性阻抗、磁心、导线型号以及匝数的计算方法。3 dB带宽内,器件实测插入损耗小于0.5 dB。Through the analysis of working mode of the transmission line transformer with transformation ratio of 1:1 under high and low frequency,the working conditions are given,which provides the design basis for the wide frequency band design of transmission line transformer.Finally,based on the principle of transmission line transformer,a broadband transformer(3 dB bandwidth of 0.075 to 500 MHz)is designed and manufactured.The methods to design the characteristic impedance,magnetic core,conductor model and turns of transmission line are given in detail.The transformer features a measured insertion loss below 0.5 dB in 3 dB bandwidth.
