摘 要:采用熔融挤出和热压成型方法制备了添加巴西棕榈蜡的铁硅铬/环氧树脂塑封料,用扫描电镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析仪、LCR测试仪和交流磁性自动测量仪研究了巴西棕榈蜡对铁硅铬/环氧树脂塑封料密度、显微结构、磁导率、磁损耗的影响规律。结果表明,巴西棕榈蜡会以小液滴(尺寸小于5μm)形式弥散分布于固化的环氧树脂间,二者有着清晰的两相边界。由于巴西棕榈蜡的润滑作用和弥散分布,对样品磁性能有着复杂影响,当棕榈蜡的含量相同时,塑封料密度和磁导率随铁硅铬磁粉含量的增加而增高,磁损耗下降;当磁粉含量相同(90 wt%)、棕榈蜡含量从0增加1.14%时,塑封料密度、磁导率和磁损耗亦有提高。The carnauba-added FeSiCr/epoxy molding compound was fabricated by melt extrusion and hot injection molding.The effects of carnauba on the density,microstructure,permeability and magnetic loss of FeSiCr/epoxy molding compound were studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetric(TG)analysis,LCR tester and AC magnetic automatic measuring instrument.The result showed that carnauba was dispersed between cured epoxy resins in the form of small droplets(size less than 5μm),and the two had a clear two-phase boundary.Due to the lubrication and dispersoid distribution,the effect of carnauba on magnetic loss was rather complex.The density and permeability of the molding compound increased with the increase of the content of FeSiCr magnetic powder.However,the magnetic loss decreased.When the carnauba contents increased from 0 to 1.14 wt%,the density,permeability and loss of the molding compound with 90 wt%FeSiCr content increased.
