摘  要:为了解恒温恒湿自动称量系统在不同的温度、湿度下对颗粒物质量的影响,分别在5个不同温湿度条件下对同一批样品进行称重。结果显示:同湿度(50%RH)不同温度下称量的样品颗粒物质量影响大于同温度(20℃)不同湿度下称量的样品颗粒物质量;同一样品标准偏差随着颗粒物质量浓度的升高而增大且超过1 mg/m^(3);颗粒物质量浓度在10~50 mg/m^(3)、温度20℃、湿度45%RH~50%RH时进行称量,其称量结果最佳。颗粒物质量增加的主要原因由于对水分具有吸附性较强的细小粉尘、浆液滴、水溶性离子Ca^(2+)、NH_(4)^(+)、SO_(4)^(2-)、NO_(3)-等影响,受空气中水分影响较为明显。按称量数据准确性排序为:20℃(50%RH)>20℃(45%RH)>25℃(50%RH)>20℃(55%RH)>15℃(50%RH)。In order to understand the influence of constant temperature and humidity automatic weighing system on particle quality under different temperature and humidity,the same batch of samples were weighed under five different temperature and humidity conditions.The results showed that the particle quality of samples weighed at the same humidity(50%RH)and different temperatures had greater influence than at the same temperature(20℃)and different humidity.The standard deviation of the same sample increases with the increase of particle mass concentration and exceeds the range of 1 mg/m^(3).The weighing result is the best when the mass concentration of particulate matter is 10~50 mg/m^(3),the temperature is 20℃and the humidity is 45%~50%RH.The main reason for the increase of particle mass is due to the influence of fine dust,slurry droplets,water-soluble ions Ca^(2+),NH_(4)^(+),SO_(4)^(2-),NO_(3)-and so on,which are strongly adsorbed to water.The influence of moisture in the air is more obvious.In order of accuracy of weighing data:20℃(50%RH)>20℃(45%RH)>25℃(50%RH)>20℃(55%RH)>15℃(50%RH).
