摘  要:通过对不同种源的马尾松分家系进行人工接种松材线虫测定,对筛选出的抗性马尾松进行无性繁殖后再分无性系进行2次松材线虫人工接种测定,筛选出抗性强的马尾松无性系,以此无性系为母树,采集穗条进行造林用马尾松无性系培育。为了充分利用地力、提高林地单位面积产量,进一步增强林分对病虫害的抵抗能力,开展了抗松材线虫病的马尾松无性系与油茶混交造林试验,简述了造林试验的技术要点,以期为下一步分析马尾松与油茶混交造林的生产效益,以及用材树种和经济树种造林经营模式提供一种新的参考。Resistance of Pinus massoniana from different provenance to Bursaphelenchus xylophilus were screened by artificial inoculation,and resistant clones of Pinus massoniana were screened out by two artificial inoculations again.The Pinus massoniana clones were cultivated for forestation by using spikes from these clones as mother trees.In order to make full use of soil fertility,improve the yield per unit area of forest land,and enhance the resistance of forest to pests and diseases deeply,mixed foristation experiment of Pinus massoniana clones resistant to Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and Camellia oleifera was carried out.The technical points of this mixed afforestation experiment were summarized,in order to lay the foundation for further analysis of production benefits of mixed aforesstation of Pinus massoniana and Camellia oleifera and provide a new reference for afforestation management mode of timber tree species and economic tree species.
