摘 要:为明确江苏省甘薯上病毒病病原种类及发生发展趋势,为病毒病防控提供依据,利用嫁接法和分子生物学方法,鉴定了2014~2018年甘薯上10种RNA病毒的发生情况。结果表明:所有样品均被病毒侵染,但不同样品被侵染的病毒种类不同。在检测的10种病毒中,SPFMV阳性率最高,29个样品中仅有4个样品未被检测到,3年的样品平均阳性率高达86.2%。SPV2、SPVC和SPCSV平均阳性率都在50%以上,SPVC在2016年的样品中阳性率最高为83.3%,其余2个年份的阳性率维持在43.0%左右;SPCSV的阳性率出现逐年递增的趋势,2018年的阳性率为81.3%。甘薯病毒病的发生主要以3~5种病毒复合侵染为主,复合侵染率占比62.1%,又以3种病毒病原复合侵染较为普遍,占比24.1%。系统进化树发现,SPFMV江苏分离物主要为O和RC株系,尚未获得EA株系。SPVC和SPV2构建系统进化树均分为2组,江苏分离物在2组中均有分布;SPCSV江苏分离物在EA和WA组中均有分布。综上,马铃薯Y病毒属病毒尤其是SPFMV与SPCSV混合发生是造成江苏甘薯病毒病的主要原因,同时马铃薯Y病毒属几种病毒多样性复杂,需持续关注是否造成大面积流行。In order to determine the species,occurrence and development trend of viruses infect sweetpotato in Jiangsu Province and provide evidence for virus disease prevention and control,we used grafting and molecular biotechnology to identify the occurrence of 10 RNA viruses on sweet potato from 2014 to 2018.The results showed that all samples were infected by viruses,but different samples had different viruses.The positive rate of SPFMV was the highest,and only 4 of 29 samples were negative.The positive rate of SPFMV in three years was was 86.2%.The average positive rates of SPV2,SPVC and SPCSV were all above 50%.The positive rate of SPVC was 83.3%,with the highest in 2016,and the positive rate of the other two years was about 43.0%.The positive rate of SPCSV was 81.3%in 2018,and increased year by year.The rate of sweetpotato infected by more than 2 viruses was 62.1%,and the synergistic viruses were mainly 3~5 species.The 3 viruses infect one plant were common,accounting for 24.1%.The phylogenetic tree showed that,SPFMV isolates from Jiangsu Province were O and RC strains,without EA strain.SPVC and SPV2 were divided into two groups,and the isolates from Jiangsu were distributed in both groups;SPCSV Jiangsu isolates were distributed in EA and WA groups.It can be seen that the mixed occurrence of potato virus Y,especially SPFMV and SPCSV,is the main cause of sweet potato virus disease in Jiangsu Province.At the same time,the diversity of several potato virus Y is complex,so we should continue to pay attention to whether it causes large-scale epidemic.
