摘  要:为解决CV型条外透明纸包装机生产的条烟,易出现条外透明纸松弛、皱褶等问题,对条盒透明纸热封工艺进行研究,应用ANSYS软件建立烟膜的有限元数学模型,以温度为载荷,模拟烟膜的热传导过程,并通过进一步实际测试最终确定最佳整形温度。该研究成果投入实际应用后,因条盒透明纸包装质量缺陷,导致条烟剔除由60条/班次,减少至10条/班次。In order to solve the problems of loose and wrinkled outer transparent paper of the cigarettes produced by the CV-type outer transparent paper packaging machine,the heat sealing process of the transparent paper in the box was studied,and the finite element method of the cigarette film was established by ANSYS software.The mathematical model takes temperature as the load to simulate the heat conduction process of the smoke film,and finally determines the optimal shaping temperature through further practical tests.After the research results were put into practical application,due to the quality defect of transparent carton packaging,the removal of cigarettes was reduced from60 cigarettes/shift to 10 cigarettes/shift.
