摘 要:以《中国科技统计年鉴》《中国高技术产业统计年鉴》《中国统计年鉴》及大数据为支撑,从总体情况、创新资源、创新合作、产业联动、创新环境五个维度,选取多个有代表性的指标对长三角、京津冀的协同创新情况进行深入比较,结果发现:创新资源方面,京津冀的科研机构人员、经费投入优势特别明显;创新合作方面,长三角合作更密切;产业联动方面,长三角多个指标均强于京津冀;创新环境方面,京津冀的铁路及高速公路里程增长更快、网络密度更高,京津冀与长三角在国家大科学中心、科创走廊、制度保障等方面正不断寻求突破。Based on China Statistics Yearbook on Science and Technology,China Statistics Yearbook on High Technology Industry and China Statistics Yearbook,from the five dimensions such as overall situation,innovation resources,innovation cooperation,industrial linkage and innovation environment,this paper has selected several representative indicators to make an in-depth comparison of collaborative innovation between the Yangtze River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The results have showed that in terms of innovation resources,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has a particularly obvious advantage in the scientific research institutions’investment of R&D personnel and funds.In terms of innovation cooperation,the cooperation in Yangtze River Delta is closer.In terms of industrial linkage,many indicators in Yangtze River Delta are higher.In terms of innovation environment,the lengths of railways and expressways in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are growing faster and the network density is higher,in addition,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and Yangtze River Delta are constantly seeking breakthroughs in the National Science Center,science and innovation corridor and institutional guarantee.
