摘  要:圆锥扫描式红外地球敏感器光电组件的性能参数直接影响卫星姿态角的测量精度。为此,设计了一种红外地球敏感器光电组件测试系统,目的是实现对光电组件光栅信号和基准信号的幅度、频率等参数的精确测量。介绍了测试系统的硬件模块实现及软件设计方法,通过傅里叶变换法实现信号幅度的精确测量,通过等精度频率测量法实现信号频率的准确测量。实验结果表明:该测试系统能够满足信号幅度和频率的精确测量,在较高的集成度下保证较强的性能和较好的计量特性。The performance parameters of photoelectric module of conical scanning infrared earth sensor directly affect the measurement accuracy of satellite attitude angle. A photoelectric module test system of infrared earth sensor is designed to accurately measure the amplitude and frequency of photoelectric module grating signal and reference signal. The hardware module implementation and software design method of the test system are introduced. The accurate measurement of signal amplitude is realized by Fourier transform method. The accurate measurement of signal frequency is realized by equal precision frequency measurement method. Experiments show that the test system can meet the accurate measurement of signal amplitude and frequency. The system can ensure strong performance and good metrological characteristic under high integration.
