摘  要:为了进一步提高轴向磁通磁阻电机(Axial Flux Reluctance Motor,AFRM)的输出转矩,本文提出了永磁辅助轴向磁通磁阻电机(Axial Flux Permanent Magnet Assisted Reluctance Motor,AFPMARM)。AFPMARM是在AFRM结构的基础上,使用永磁体辅助励磁的一种新型开关磁阻电机方案。本文在分析AFPMARM的结构与工作原理的基础上,建立了电机的数学模型,对永磁体的尺寸进行了优化。使用三维有限元法对相同尺寸与相同额定功率的AFPMARM与AFRM进行仿真,对比分析了两者的磁密、电感、磁链以及在静态场与瞬态场下的转矩特性。仿真结果表明,永磁体辅助励磁设计增大了电机的气隙磁密,从而使电机输出转矩明显提高。In order to further improve the output torque of Axial Flux Reluctance Motor(AFRM),Axial Flux Permanent Magnet Assisted Reluctance Motor(AFPMARM)is proposed in this paper.On the basis of the structure of AFRM,a novel switched reluctance motor scheme using permanent magnet auxiliary excitation is proposed.Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of the AFPMARM,the mathematical model of the motor is established.The size of permanent magnet is optimized.Three dimensional finite element method is used to simulate the AFRM and AFPMARM with the same size and rated power.The electromagnetic characteristics and torque characteristics of the two motors are compared and analyzed.The simulation results show that the air gap flux density of the motor is increased by the permanent magnet assisted excitation design,and the output torque is improved obviously.
