摘 要:本文结合同步磁阻电机和永磁同步电机的结构特点设计了一种新型电机--永磁磁阻双转子电机(Permanent Magnet Reluctance Double-Rotor Motor, PMRDRM),该种电机内电机为同步磁阻电机,外电机为永磁同步电机,通过中间公共定子连接。为改进电机性能、提高电机运行的稳定性,本文分别对内、外电机进行优化。对于外电机,比较了对称磁极偏移和重复单元磁极偏移两种方法对降低齿槽转矩的效果;对于内电机,以平均转矩为主要优化设计目标,以转矩脉动为次要优化设计目标,利用田口算法选出对平均转矩和转矩变化量影响较大的结构参数,进而,基于中心复合设计方法构造样本点,通过有限元仿真得到响应面模型,取得最优解。最后通过有限元分析可知,优化后的电机具有更小的转矩脉动,运行性能明显提高。This paper designs a new type of permanent magnet reluctance double rotor motor(PMRDRM),which combines the structural characteristics of synchronous reluctance motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor.In order to improve the performance of the motor and improve the torque density,the internal and external motors are optimized in this paper.For the external motor,two different ways of magnetic pole offset,symmetrical magnetic pole offset and repetitive unit magnetic pole offset are discussed.For the internal motor,taking the average torque as the main optimization design goal and the torque ripple as the secondary optimization design goal,the Taguchi algorithm is used to select the structural parameters that have a great impact on the average torque and torque variation.Then,the sample points are constructed based on the central composite design method,and the response surface model is obtained through the finite element experiment to obtain the optimal solution.Finally,the finite element analysis shows that the optimized motor has less torque ripple and the operation performance is significantly improved.
