摘 要:在超重力环境下,电机内部的硅钢片受到超重力场产生的应力作用,特性会发生改变。本文对超重力环境下硅钢片磁感和铁耗特性展开分析与测试。首先对超重力环境下电机内部硅钢片的受力情况进行仿真,然后从理论角度出发,分析得出硅钢片受应力作用时磁感特性与铁耗特性的变化规律,设计并搭建了能模拟超重力环境下硅钢片受力情况的磁感和铁耗特性测试装置,通过实验对硅钢片进行测试分析,验证了在超重力环境下硅钢片磁感和铁耗特性的变化规律。In the hypergravity environment,the silicon steel sheet inside the motor is subjected to the stress generated by the hypergravity field,and the characteristics of the silicon steel sheet will change.This paper presents a method for analyzing and testing the magnetic induction and iron loss characteristics of silicon steel sheets.Firstly,the force of the silicon steel sheet inside the motor under hypergravity environment is simulated,and then from the theoretical point of view,the changes in the magnetic induction characteristics and iron loss characteristics of the silicon steel sheet under stress under stress is analyzed.A magnetic induction and iron loss characteristic test device is designed and built to simulate the force of silicon steel sheets under the hypergravity env ironment.The changing rules of magnetic induction and iron loss characteristics of silicon steel sheet under hypergravity environment are verified by testing and analyzing the silicon steel sheet through experiments.
