摘 要:为了找到一种经济、有效的湍流模型和网格方案用于模拟水翼叶顶间隙流的流动特征,本文以NACA0009水翼为研究对象,利用ICEM软件划分了三种六面体结构化网格方案,并运用SST k-ω、LES及DES三种湍流模型对水翼叶顶间隙流进行数值模拟,并对网格无关性和实验结果与模拟结果之间的差异进行分析。结果表明,DES湍流模型预测的叶顶泄漏涡(TLV)形态和速度与实验结果吻合较好,且其在M2、M3两种网格方案下模拟结果相似,验证了DES在叶顶间隙流模拟中的可行性。随后基于M2网格方案下DES湍流模型的计算结果对叶顶间隙流的特征进行分析,结果表明,叶顶泄漏涡在翼型前缘产生,在向下游的流动中,涡核内部压力、涡核心速度、湍动能均呈先上升后下降趋势。In order to find an economical and effective turbulence model and mesh scheme for simulating the flow characteristics of the hydrofoil tip leakage flow,this paper takes the NACA0009 hydrofoil as the research object,and uses ICEM software to divide three hex ahedral structured mesh schemes,and use three turbulence models SST k-ω,LES and DES to numerically simulate the leakage flow at the tip of the hydrofoil,and analyze the mesh independence and the difference between the experimental results and the simulation results.The results show that the shape and velocity of the tip leakage vortex(TLV)predicted by the DES turbulence model are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the simulation results under the M2 and M3 grid schemes are similar,which verifies the simulation of DES in the tip clearance flow is feasibility..Then,based on the calculation results of the DES turbulence model under the M2 grid scheme,the characteristics of the tip leakage flow are analyzed.The results show that the tip leakage vortex is generated at the leading edge of the hydrofoil.In the downstream flow,the internal pressure,velocity and turbulent kinetic energy of the vortex core all showe a trend of rising first and then falling.
