摘 要:在跨境贸易快速发展的背景下,跨境数字平台凭借着先进的信息数字技术和强大的全球资源整合能力逐渐成为国际贸易生态中的枢纽,因此,平台赋能中小企业出海成为学界关注的新热点。文章从赋能理论和增值能力理论整合的视角,研究跨境数字平台赋能对于中小企业出口绩效的影响,研究国际化增值能力的中介作用。基于中小企业的跨境电商开展问卷调查,结果表明:跨境数字平台赋能可以显著地提高中小企业出口的绩效,调整国际化增值能力包含的新产品能力开发、品牌运营能力、站内外营销能力、客户关系管理能力4个维度,在跨境数字平台赋能对中小企业出口绩效的正向影响的基础上,发挥部分中介作用。研究构建了跨境数字平台赋能对中小企业出口业绩提升的影响机制,为中小企业通过跨境数字平台提升国际化增值能力,为企业出口创新发展提供有效的启示。In the context of the rapid development of cross-border trade, cross-border digital platform with advanced information and digital technology and strong global resource integration ability gradually become the hub of international trade ecology, therefore, platform enabling smes to go abroad has become a new focus of academic attention.From the perspective of the integration of empowerment theory and value-added capability theory, this paper studies the impact of cross-border digital platform empowerment on smes’ export performance and the mediating role of internationalization value-added capability.The questionnaire survey based on cross-border e-commerce of small and medium-sized enterprises shows that:Cross-border digital platform can assign can significantly improve the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises to export, adjustment of international value-added capability contains the ability of new product development, brand operation ability, ability to stand the internal and external marketing, customer relationship management ability four dimensions, in cross-border digital platform can assign for small and medium-sized enterprises,on the basis of the export performance, partial intermediary role into full play.The influence mechanism of cross-border digital platform empowerment on smes’ export performance improvement is studied and constructed, which provides effective inspiration for smes to enhance their international value-added capacity through cross-border digital platform and for enterprises’ export innovation and development.
