摘 要:本文通过建立核主泵电机电磁分析模型和结构振动分析模型,分析了核主泵电机的基本电磁性能参数,将电机定子电磁力密度分析结果以频域的形式映射加载到结构分析中对应的受力面上,采用谐响应分析方法获取电机振动特性进行全面评估。计算结果证明,电机设计满足运行场景需求。In the Paper,the electromagnetic and structural vibration analysis models with nuclear main pump motor were established and the basic electromagnetic performance parameters of the nuclear main pump motor were analyzed.The electromagnetic force density analysis results of the motor stator were mapped and loaded on the corresponding stress surface in the structural analysis in the form of frequency domain.The vibration characteristics of the motor were obtained by harmonic response analysis method for comprehensive evaluation.According to the calculation results,it was verified that the motor design met the requirements of the running scene.
