摘  要:基于有限单元法,采用ANSYS Workbench对两极汽轮发电机转子护环在静止、额定、超速三种工况下的变形特性进行了模拟,并进一步分析了转子护环旋转一周的跳动规律。研究表明,两极汽轮发电机转子惯性矩差异、转轴大齿与小齿刚度差异以及护环的刚度分布使得护环跳动呈现出类椭圆分布并与极中心线、极间中心线对称的特点。护环跳动测量可作为判别护环套装后是否偏心的重要判定依据。In the paper,ANSYS Workbench was used to simulate the deformation characteristics of rotor guard ring of bipolar turbogenerator under static,rated and overspeed conditions on the basis of the finite element method.The runout rule of rotor guard ring after one revolution was further analyzed.According to the research,the difference of rotor inertia moment of bipolar turbogenerator,the difference of stiffness between large teeth and small teeth of rotating shaft,and the stiffness distribution of the guard ring made the guard ring runout present a quasi-elliptic distribution and be symmetric with the polar centerlines and interpolar centerlines.The measurement of the guard ring runout could be used as an important basis for judging whether the rotor end bell was eccentric or not.
