摘  要:哈电采用传统冲压工艺方法制造磁极冲片的难度不断增大。本文通过介绍哈电承制的某单机容量400 MW抽水蓄能机组磁极冲片制造工艺,对比分析了抽水蓄能发电电动机磁极冲片冲制和激光切割两种制造工艺的特点,为高强度钢板材料、大尺寸磁极冲片制造提供了激光切割新工艺方法。The difficult for Harbin Electric Machinery to manufacture magnetic pole punching by using traditional punching process was increasing.In the Paper,through the introduction to the manufacturing process of magnetic pole punching of a 400MW pumped storage unit manufactured by Harbin Electric Machinery Company Limited,the characteristics of two manufacturing processes of magnetic pole punching and laser cutting of pumped storage generator motor were compared and analyzed,and a new laser cutting process for manufacturing high-strength steel plate materials and large-size magnetic pole stamping was provided.
