摘　　要：通过对广东某抽水蓄能电站发电电动机转子浮动磁轭安装要点及注意事项的介绍,叙述了磁轭的装配过程,避免磁轭装配质量不佳,影响机组安全稳定运行。对其它抽蓄及常规高转速电站转子磁轭叠装工作具有一定的借鉴作用。Through the introduction of the points and precautions for the installation of the rotor floating yoke of the generator motor in a pumped storage power station in Guangdong,the assembly process of the yoke was described,so as to avoid the poor assembly quality of the yoke affecting the safe and stable operation of the unit.It could be used as a reference for other pumped storage and conventional high-speed power station rotor yoke stacking work.
