摘 要:高温超导涂层导体因其良好的强电强磁应用前景备受关注.本文在无氟金属有机沉积(FF-MOD)工艺中,通过快速将低氧压气氛切换到高氧压(pO_(2)),实现了YBa_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7-δ)(YBCO)薄膜在LaMnO_(3)(LMO)/IBADMgO/Y_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)/Hastelloy衬底上的瞬态液相和高速外延生长.研究了快速成相的氧分压和最高晶化温度的影响,关注超导薄膜与种籽层之间的界面反应而产生的BaMnO_(3)(BMO)异质相,对BMO的成核和生长机制进行了研究,分析了BMO含量对YBCO薄膜织构与超导性能的影响.结果表明低晶化温度、低氧分压气氛能够有效抑制BMO的形成,而低含量BMO、强c轴取向有利于获得高性能的YBCO薄膜.High-temperature superconducting coated conductors have attracted much attention due to their good strong electric and magnetic application prospects.In the present work,the transient liquid phase and high-speed epitaxial growth of YBa_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7-δ)(YBCO)films on LaMnO_(3)(LMO)/IBAD-MgO/Y_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)/Hastelloy substrates were achieved by rapidly switching atmosphere from low to high oxygen pressure(pO_(2))in fluorine-free metal organic deposition(FF-MOD).The effects of pO_(2) and maximum crystallization temperature for rapid phasing were studied.We study the nucleation and growth mechanism of BaMnO_(3)(BMO)with focusing on the BMO heterogeneous phase generated by the interfacial reaction between the film and the seeding layer during fast identical formation,and analyzing the effect ofBMO content on the biaxial textures and superconductivity of YBCO films.The results show that low crystallization temperature and low partial-pO_(2) atmosphere can effectively inhibit the formation of BMO,while low content of BMO and strong c-axis orientation are beneficial to obtain high performance YBCO films.
