摘 要:电子设备的终端电源一般工作在硬开关状态,且体积较大,变换器难以实现高效率、高功率密度工作状态.本文在传统的双有源桥变换器的基础上提出一种新型无变压器双有源桥(DAB)DC-DC变换器拓扑,以隔直电容替代变压器,并引入多相交错并联技术以减小电流脉动,使变换器工作在软开关状态下,可有效降低开关损耗.通过研制实验样机,验证了上述改进方案的可行性,有利于减小电源的体积与重量,并降低成本和提高其功率密度.The terminal power supply of electronic equipment generally works in the hard switching state,and the volume is large,so it is difficult to achieve high efficiency and high power density of the converter.In this paper,a new type of transformerless double active bridge(DAB)DC-DC converter is proposed.On the basis of the traditional double active bridge converter,the DC isolating capacitor is used instead of the transformer,and the multi-phage interleaving parallel technology is adopted to reduce the current pulsation so that the converter works in the soft switching state and the switching loss is reduced.By the experimental test,it is verified that the improved method can reduce the volume of the power supply and improve the efficiency of the converter,which provides an effective scheme for realizing the high efficiency and high power density of the power supply.
