摘 要:顶驱主轴是驱动钻杆、旋转钻进的关键部件,其承受的载荷十分复杂。针对钻井现场顶驱主轴接头螺纹容易出现裂纹的问题,为改善顶驱主轴接头螺纹上扣过程的力学性能,开展了顶驱主轴接头螺纹结构参数研究,分析其结构参数对力学性能的影响。通过Soliworks和Hypermesh软件建立了顶驱主轴接头螺纹三维对称有限元模型,在螺纹台肩间和扣牙间设置过盈量来模拟上扣状态,并对比上扣扭矩验证了过盈量设置的有效性。在此基础上研究了上扣状态下应力释放槽长度、内扣第一齿倒角和台肩过渡圆角半径对顶驱主轴接头螺纹应力分布的影响规律。研究结果表明:顶驱主轴接头螺纹最大应力位置与钻井现场出现的裂纹位置一致,且内扣第一齿倒角和台肩过渡圆角半径对顶驱主轴接头螺纹应力分布影响较大。研究结果可为顶驱主轴接头螺纹的设计制造提供依据。The main shaft of top drive is the key component to drive drill pipe to conduct rotary drilling,and the load applied on it is very complex.In order to solve the problem that crack easily occurs on the main shaft joint thread of top drive at drilling site and improve the mechanical properties of main shaft joint thread of top drive in the make-up process,the structural parameters of main shaft joint thread of top drive were studied,and the influence of the structural parameters on the mechanical properties was analyzed.By means of Soliworks and Hypermesh,a three-dimensional symmetrical finite element model of main shaft joint thread of top drive was built.Then,the interference was set between the thread shoulder and the thread tooth to simulate the make-up state,and the make-up torques were compared to verify the effectiveness of setting of the interference.On this basis,the influence of the length of stress release groove,the first tooth chamfer of box thread and the transitional fillet radius of shoulder on the stress distribution of main shaft joint thread of top drive in the make-up state were analyzed.The study results show that the maximum stress position of main shaft joint thread of top drive is consistent with the crack position occurred at drilling site,and the first tooth chamfer of box thread and the transitional fillet radius of shoulder have a great influence on the stress distribution of main shaft joint thread of top drive.The study results provide a basis for the design and manufacture of main shaft joint thread of top drive.
