摘  要:超声波清蜡工艺以其良好的工程适应性、智能化程度高及对环境污染性小等优势,近年来在我国得到了应用与推广。为了研究超声波频率对油井套管清蜡效果的影响,以Huygens-Fresenl理论为基础,建立了非点声源(超声波)声场积分模型,推导出声压、声强及声场指向性系数的表征函数,并结合实际工况,考虑了声衰减问题;随后选取6组工业中常用的超声波频率,利用数值分析软件Comsol和Matlab,分别对表征函数与声衰减现象之间的关系进行了数值计算与仿真分析。研究结果表明:在6组待测超声波频率中,频率为28、40及80 kHz的3组超声波传播性相对良好,可作为实现超声波用于油井套管(内径124 mm)内长距离清蜡作业的声波频率;声波最佳辐射角范围为-20°~20°,在此范围内同一功率下,单个换能器所产生的声强值在超声波频率为80 kHz时最大,40 kHz时次之,28 kHz时最小。所得结论可为超声波技术在油井套管清蜡领域中的应用奠定基础。Ultrasonic wax removal process has been widely used in China for its good engineering adaptability,high intelligence and low environmental pollution.In order to identify the influence of ultrasonic frequency on wax removal of oil well casing,based on the Huygens-Fresenl theory,the sound field integral model of non-point source(ultrasonic)was built,and the characteristic functions of sound pressure,sound intensity and sound field directivity coefficient were derived.Then,combined with actual working conditions,the sound attenuation problem was considered.Finally,6 ultrasonic frequencies commonly used in industry were selected,and the numerical analysis software Comsol and Matlab were used to conduct numerical calculation and simulation analysis on the relationship between the characteristic functions and the sound attenuation phenomena respectively.The study results show that among the 6 ultrasonic frequencies,the ultrasonic frequencies of 28 kHz,40 kHz and 80 kHz have relatively good ultrasonic propagation,and can be used as the acoustic frequency to realize long-distance wax removal operation in oil well casing with inside diameter of 124 mm.The optimal acoustic radiation angle ranges from-20°to 20°.Within this range,the sound intensity generated by a single transducer at the same power is the largest at 80 kHz,followed by 40 kHz and 28 kHz.The conclusions lay a foundation for the application of ultrasonic technology in wax removal of oil well casing.
