摘  要:针对海上油田特低渗砂岩储层酸化低效的难题,采用径向渗流达西公式并结合海上油田高渗、低渗和特低渗储层岩心酸化动态驱替试验手段,分析出物性因素是海上油田特低渗储层酸化低效的主因;采用盐酸、氟硼酸和氢氟酸3种酸液和3口特低渗探井岩屑进行了正交溶蚀试验,优选出12%HCl+4%HBF_(4)+3%HF主体酸配方,其溶蚀率可达26.03%~44.42%,具有较强酸溶效果;采用岩石扩容工艺进一步扩大酸化改造半径,通过数模和物模结合,可确定扩容压力、时间和液量等施工参数。研究结果表明,强化酸液溶蚀效果和增强酸化受效半径是进一步提高特低渗砂岩储层酸化效果的好方法。现场试验中,通过与常规酸化应用对比显示,泵注压力从20.69MPa下降至8.97MPa,增产倍比为2.03,效果显著。所得结果可为国内外同类储层增产措施的制定提供新的思路。In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of acidizing in ultra-low permeability sandstone reservoir of offshore oilfield,relevant analysis was conducted by means of the radial seepage Darcy formula based on the acidizing dynamic displacement tests of cores taken from high permeability,low permeability and ultra-low permeability reservoirs in offshore oilfield,indicating that physical property is the main cause of low efficiency of acidizing in ultra-low permeability reservoir of offshore oilfield.Then,hydrochloric acid,fluoboric acid,hydrofluoric acid and cuttings taken from 3 ultra-low permeability exploration wells were used for orthogonal corrosion test,the 12%HCl+4%HBF4+3%HF host acid formula was optimized,and its corrosion rate reached 26.03%–44.42%,indicating that it has strong acid corrosion effect.The rock dilation technology was used to further expand the radius of acidizing stimulation.Finally,by combining numerical simulation with physical simulation,the construction parameters such as flash pressure,time and liquid volume were determined.The study results show that strengthening acid corrosion effect and enhancing acidizing response radius are the great ways to further improve the acidizing effect of ultra-low permeability sandstone reservoir.The comparison of field test results with conventional acidization application shows that the pumping pressure is decreased from 20.69 MPa to 8.97 MPa,the production increase multiple proportion is 2.03,and the effect is remarkable.The results provide new ideas for the formulation of stimulation measures of similar reservoirs in China and abroad.
