摘  要:游梁式抽油系统的柔性控制技术是一种变速驱动技术,其目的是改变抽油机工作进程、提高采油效率,具有一定的先进性。但以往的柔性驱动方案,通常从抽油机悬点出发,并没有结合油井的地层参数及抽油泵结构等因素,不适用于不同井的不同生产时期。鉴于此,为寻找合适的柱塞运动规律曲线,实现“一井一策”的目标,提出“曲线寻优”的方案。根据井下流体物性参数进行供液协调分析,确定最佳采油协调点,进而确定合适的沉没度和动液面;以油井基本参数、流体物性参数及抽油泵结构为基础,通过傅里叶展开式,结合遗传算法对柱塞运动曲线进行优化设计,最终得到最优柱塞运动曲线。研究结果表明:在不考虑其他因素影响时,按优化后曲线运行的泵效、井下效率分别比优化前高了3.5%和2.7%;所提出的优化方法能在不缩短油井检泵周期的前提下有效提高泵效。研究结论可为游梁式抽油系统的柔性控制策略提供一定的指导。The flexible control technology of beam pumping system is a kind of variable-speed drive technology.Its purpose is to change the working process of pumping unit and improve the efficiency of oil production,so it is somewhat advanced.However,the previous flexible driving scheme usually starts from the suspension point of the pumping unit,and does not combine the formation parameters of the oil well and the structure of the oil well pump,so it is not suitable for different production periods of different wells.In order to find the appropriate plunger motion law curve and realize the target of“one well,one scheme”,the idea of“optimization from curve”was proposed.Firstly,based on the downhole fluid property parameters,the feed flow coordination analysis was conducted to determine the best oil production coordination point and then determine the appropriate submergence depth and producing fluid level.Then,based on the basic parameters of oil well,the fluid property parameters and the oil well pump structure,with the help of the Fourier expansion and the genetic algorithm,optimum design was conducted for the plunger motion curve,and the optimal plunger motion curve was finally obtained.The study results show that without considering the influence of other factors,the pump efficiency and downhole efficiency run as per the optimized curve are 3.5%and 2.7%higher than those before optimization respectively;and the proposed optimization method can effectively improve the pump efficiency without shortening the pump inspection cycle of oil well.The conclusions provide some guidance for the flexible control strategy of beam pumping system.
