摘 要:为了研究连续管水平井完井分段压裂过程中常规封隔器失效问题,减少连续管压裂作用中封隔器失效事故,对常规压裂封隔器进行了有限元仿真计算,找到了常规封隔器失效的原因;并优化设计了一种膨胀式封隔器,基于大变形接触原理对不同长度胶筒密封性能进行了对比分析,利用热力耦合有限元方法研究了膨胀式封隔器胶筒内部温度变化规律。研究结果表明:常规封隔器最大的应力及接触压力发生在上胶筒上表面,这个位置存在突出区域,此处也是最容易发生破坏的地方;膨胀胶筒密封长度上接触压力维持在稳定水平,膨胀式封隔器结构存在受力不均问题;从温度场变化发现胶筒整体温度分布均匀,且密封性能良好,因此厚度均匀且壁厚较薄的膨胀胶筒在延长其使用寿命和提高封隔器工作性能方面具有非常明显的优势。研究结果可为封隔器的研究与应用提供参考。In order to study the failure of conventional packers during the staged fracturing of coiled tubing horizontal wells and reduce the failure accidents of packers during coiled tubing fracturing,finite element simulation calculation was carried out for conventional packers.The failure reasons of conventional packers were found out and an expansion packer was optimally designed.Based on the principle of large deformation contact,the sealing performance of packer rubbers with different lengths were compared and analyzed.The internal temperature change rule of packer rubbers in inflatable packers was studied by using the thermo-mechanical coupling finite element method.The results show that the maximum stress and contact pressure of the conventional packer occur on the upper surface of the upper packer rubber,which is also the most vulnerable place to damage.The contact pressure on the sealing length of the expansion packer rubber remains stable,which solves the problem of uneven stress on the structure of the expansion packer.From the change of temperature field,it is found that the expansion packer rubber with uniform temperature distribution,good sealing performance,uniform thickness and thin wall thickness has obvious advantages in prolonging its service life and improving its working performance.The research results provide reference for the research and application of packers.
