摘　　要：利用沪深A股重污染企业2008~2019年的证据,考察ISO 14001环境认证对企业全要素生产率的影响。研究表明,ISO 14001环境认证有助于提高企业全要素生产率。对影响机制的探索发现:ISO 14001环境认证对企业全要素生产率的影响机制在于促进企业技术进步,而不在于优化企业资源配置,可见ISO 14001环境认证的激励效应较强,但约束效应较弱。对监管环境和竞争环境的分析发现:当环境标准较高、环境监督较强以及市场竞争较强时,ISO 14001环境认证更能提高企业全要素生产率。This study examines the impact of ISO 14001 environmental certification on firms’total factor productivity using empirical data of heavily polluting enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2008 to 2019.The results show that ISO 14001 environmental certification can significantly improve firms’total factor productivity.The exploration of the influence mechanism finds that the influence mechanism of ISO 14001 environmental certification on firms’total factor productivity lies in promoting the technological progress of enterprises,but not in optimizing the resource allocation of enterprises,which means the incentive effect of ISO 14001 environmental certification is strong while the constraint effect is weak.The analysis of the regulatory environment and competitive environment finds that the positive effect of ISO 14001 environmental certification on firms’total factor productivity is more significant when environmental standards are higher,environmental supervision is stronger and market competition is stronger.
