摘　　要：将民营企业中含有的国有股权视为一种重要的政治关联机制,以2012~2019年沪深两市中属于高污染行业的民营上市公司作为研究对象,实证检验国有股权对企业履行环境责任的影响。研究发现:(1)国有股权可有效促进民营企业履行环境责任;同时,在民营企业履行环境责任方面,国有股权比企业家参政能够发挥更为明显的作用。(2)当区分企业所处城市的经济环境后,国有股权在经济发展水平较低的地区,对民营企业履行环境责任的积极影响表现得更为显著。进一步研究发现,当考虑企业面临的政策风险时,国有股权在民营企业中起到了一种类似于“压舱石”的作用,可有效削弱政策不确定性对企业履行环境责任带来的冲击。This study regards the state ownership in private enterprises as an important political connection mechanism,takes the private listed firms in the high-polluting industries in A-share from 2012 to 2019 as the research object,and empirically examines the impact of state ownership on firm’s fulfilling environmental responsibility.The study found that:(1)state ownership can effectively promote firm to fulfill its environmental responsibility.At the same time,state ownership plays a more obvious role than entrepreneurs’participation in politics in environmental responsibility fulfillment of firm.(2)After distinguishing the economic environment of the city where the firm is located,the positive impact of state ownership on environmental responsibility fulfillment of firm in the regions with lower levels of economic development is more significant.In addition,further research found that when considering the policy risks faced by firms,state ownership plays a type of“ballast stone”role in firms,which can effectively weaken the negative impact of policy uncertainty on firms’fulfilling environmental responsibilities.
