摘 要:面对产品生产线关闭后不确定的备件需求,制造商可通过两种方式管理备件库存:关闭生产线前一次性生产和再制造模式。构建制造商在即将关闭生产线时的两周期备件生产决策模型,在产线即将关闭时,制造商一次性生产新备件并回收旧备件;在产线关闭后,制造商采取再制造进行备件补货。通过反向归纳法求得最优的新备件生产量和旧备件回收率。理论证明制造商不是在任何情况下都愿意采取再制造,得到制造商愿意采取再制造策略的阈值条件,并通过数值实验探究不同情形下再制造策略的价值,以有效推动再制造在备件管理中的应用。Faced with the uncertain demand for spare parts after closing the production line,the manufacturer can manage the spare parts inventory in two ways:the final production of new spare parts before the production closure and remanufacturing strategy.A two-period production decision model is developed.When the production line is about to closed,the manufacturer generates a single final production plan of new spare parts and collects the used parts.After closing the production line,the manufacturer can replenish spare parts through remanufacturing.The optimal production quantity of new spare parts and optimal collection rate of used spare parts are characterized through backward induction.The results demonstrated the manufacturer in Period 1 is not always willing to prepare for remanufacturing.The threshold of willingness for manufacturer to participate in the remanufacturing strategy in Period 1 is also derived.Additionally,numerical experiments are conducted to explore the value of the remanufacturing strategy under different settings.The implications in this study can help to promote the application of remanufacture in spare parts management.
