摘　　要：人民群众的认可、拥护和支持是中国共产党执政的牢固根基。中国共产党之所以能够在革命、建设和改革的百年历程中,实现从夺取政权到执掌政权并长期执政,根本原因就在于赢得了民心,获得了人民群众的信任和支持。实现共同富裕是全体人民的共同期盼,是党赢得民心的重要途径,是关系党的执政基础的重大政治问题。扎实推动共同富裕,是中国共产党为了满足人民群众美好生活需要作出的重大战略部署,是党“立党为公、执政为民”理念的重要体现,是党防范化解执政风险、巩固执政地位、夯实群众基础的现实需要。新时代扎实推动共同富裕,必须坚持党的集中统一领导,贯彻落实共享理念,构建初次分配、再分配、三次分配协调配套的基础性制度,在高质量发展中推动共同富裕取得实质性进展,从而为党长期执政筑牢坚实基础。The recognition and support of the people are the solid foundation for the ruling of the CPC.The fundamental reason why the CPC has been able to achieve from seizing power to taking power and ruling for a long time in its century-long course of revolution,construction and reform is that it has won hearts and minds of the people and won the trust and support of the people.Common prosperity is the common expectation of the people,an important way for the party to win the hearts and minds of the people,and a major political issue related to the ruling foundation of the party.Promoting common prosperity in a down-to-earth manner is a major strategic plan made by the CPC to meet the needs of the people for a better life,an important embodiment of the party’s concept of“building the party for the public and ruling for the people”,and a practical need for the party to prevent and resolve ruling risks,consolidate its ruling position,and consolidate the mass foundation.In order to solidly promote common prosperity in the new era,we must adhere to the centralized and unified leadership of the party,build a basic system of coordinated primary distribution,redistribution and tertiary distribution,implement the concept of sharing,make substantive progress in promoting common prosperity in high-quality development,and lay a solid foundation for the party’s long-term governance.
