摘　　要：共同富裕是社会主义现代化建设的奋斗目标,更是中国共产党矢志不渝的初心使命。新中国迈出了共同富裕的第一步,将人民利益摆在至高无上的地位,并以此为奋斗目标推进全面现代化建设。改革开放的不断深入和社会主义本质论的提出,形成了以人为本的社会主义现代化建设方向,日益明确了推进经济社会发展、实现全面现代化建设、建成小康社会的目标,为共同富裕打下了坚实基础。中国特色社会主义新时代,开启了全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程,发出迈向全体人民共同富裕的最强音。其中,党的领导是引领实现共同富裕的根本政治保证,人民立场是推动共同富裕的基本政治原则,高质量发展与国家治理现代化为共同富裕提供坚实的物质资源和制度保障,而普惠性、基础性、兜底性的民生保障为扎实推动共同富裕提供必要支撑。这一系列奋斗历程,彰显着中国共产党的历史担当、执政宗旨以及治国理政的理念与战略,为新时代扎实推动共同富裕提供了丰富经验。Common prosperity is the goal of socialist modernization, and it is also the unswerving mission of the CPC. The People’s Republic of China has taken the first step towards common prosperity, placing the people’s interests in the supreme position, and taking this as the goal to promote comprehensive modernization. The continuous deepening of Reform and Opening-up and the introduction of the theory of socialism essence have formed a people-oriented socialist modernization construction direction, and increasingly clarified the goals of promoting economic and social development, realizing comprehensive modernization, and building a moderately prosperous society, laying a solid foundation for common prosperity. Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era has opened a new journey of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and send out the strongest voice towards common prosperity for all people. Among them, the leadership of the party is the fundamental political guarantee for the realization of common prosperity, people’s stand is the basic political principle to promote common prosperity, high-quality development and the modernization of national governance provide solid material resources and institutional guarantees for common prosperity, and the inclusive, basic, and bottom-line construction of people’s livelihood provides necessary practical support to promote common prosperity. The series of struggles demonstrates the historical responsibility, governing purpose, and the concepts and strategies of the CPC in governing the country, and provides rich experience for making solid progress toward common prosperity in the new era.
