西瓜砧木新品种“徽砧1号”的选育研究

摘　　要：“徽砧1号”是以日本南瓜杂交种自交分离选育的高代自交系NG-27为母本,以印度南瓜杂交种经自交分离选育的高代自交系NG-11-43为父本,杂交选育成的西瓜砧木新品种。根系发达,植株生长稳健;下胚轴粗细长短适中、髓腔小;与大果型西瓜嫁接亲和性及共生性好;抗枯萎病;耐高温高湿;与对照南瓜砧木嫁接西瓜相比,增产效果明显,可溶性固形物含量显著提高。适宜早春和夏秋季大果型西瓜(4~6 kg)嫁接栽培。Huizhen No.1 is a new interspecific hybrid pumpkin rootstock for watermelon.It was developed by using the high-generation inbred line NG-27 selected from Japanese pumpkin hybrid as the female parent and the high-generation inbred line NG-11-43 selected from Indian pumpkin hybrid as the male parent.Huizhen No.1 had strong root system,and the plant growth is relatively stable.The hypocotyls were moderate in thickness and length,and the medullary cavity was small.This rootstock exhibits strong grafting compatibility with large fruit type of watermelon.The grafted plants were resistant to high temperature and humidity.Compared with the control,the yield of grafted plants was significantly increased,and the soluble solids content was promoted.This rootstock was suitable for large fruit watermelon(4-6 kg)grafting cultivation in early spring,summer and autumn.
