摘  要:植物新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性测试是植物新品种权授权的前提条件,提升DUS测试能力水平是保证植物新品种权授权质量的关键技术手段。中国南瓜测试已开展4年多,测试中存在不少问题,测试体系正逐步完善并改进。以中国南瓜新品种测试发展现状为主题,重点分析其田间测试量、测试品种来源情况、存在主要问题及工作改进情况等方面内容,对中国南瓜测试栽培技术进行研究,为今后相关育种者开展自主测试提供参考。The test of specificity, consistency and stability of new plant varieties is the prerequisite for the authorization of new plant varieties, and the improvement of DUS testing ability is the key technical means to ensure the quality of new plant varieties authorization.China pumpkin test has been carried out for more than four years, there are many problems in the test, and the test system is gradually improving.In this paper, the development status of new pumpkin varieties test in China was taken as the theme, and the field test quantity, source of test varieties, main problems and improvement of work were analyzed, so as to provide reference for future breeders to carry out independent test.
