摘 要:[目的]了解微生物菌剂对栽培基质微生物群落的影响。[方法]以无土栽培基质、温室大棚栽培土壤为材料,采用高通量测序技术分析不同栽培土壤与栽培基质微生物群落结构差异,研究施用微生物菌剂哈茨木霉处理对辣椒栽培基质根际土壤微生物多样性的影响。[结果]辣椒根际土壤(T_(2))细菌的Chao1指数、Shannon指数均为最高,表明在不同栽培介质中,土壤栽培的根际土壤细菌群落丰富度和多样性均大于栽培基质。施用哈茨木霉后,栽培基质(T_(1))细菌类群高于对照(CK),分别增加了1门、4纲、9目、18科、40属,主要优势菌群变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)的相对丰度分别增加了3.73%、86.50%。真菌类群中主要优势菌群为子囊菌门(Ascomycota)、毛霉门(Mucoromycota)、壶菌门(Chytridiomycota)、担子菌门(Basidiomycota),施用哈茨木霉后,真菌类群在属和种的水平上基本没有变化。哈茨木霉可以显著提高栽培基质细菌群落的多样性,而对真菌群落的多样性影响不明显。[Objective]The aim was to understand the effect of microbial agents on microbial community in cultivation substrate.[Method]The high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the differences in microbial community structure between different cultivation soils and cultivation substrates with soilless cultivation substrate and greenhouse cultivation soil as materials,and the effect of Trichoderma harzianum treatment on microbial diversity in rhizosphere soil of pepper cultivation substrate was studied.[Result]The Chao1 index and Shannon index of bacteria in rhizosphere soil of pepper(T_(2))were the highest,indicating that the richness and diversity of bacteria communities in rhizosphere soil cultivated in different cultivation media were greater than those in cultivation substrate.After the application of Trichoderma harzianum,the bacterial group in the cultivation substrate(T_(1))was higher than that in the control(CK),which increased by 1 phyla,4 classes,9 orders,18 families and 40 genera,respectively.The relative abundances of Proteobacteria and Firmicutes,the dominant bacterial groups,increased by 3.73%and 86.50%,respectively.The dominant fungal groups were Ascomycota,Mucoromycota,Chytridiomycota and Basidiomycota.After the application of Trichoderma harzianum,the fungal groups were basically unchanged at the genus and species levels.Trichoderma harzianum could significantly improve the diversity of bacterial communities in cultivated substrates,but had no significant effect on the diversity of fungal communities.
