摘  要:采用RT-PCR方法克隆了侵染安康魔芋的芋花叶病毒(Dasheen mosaic virus, DsMV)cp完整基因序列,结果表明:DsMV魔芋分离物cp基因大小为903 bp,推导编码的外壳蛋白由301个氨基酸组成。Blast比对结果显示,覆盖度仅有72%~80%,一致性为80.30%~87.98%;系统发育分析显示DsMV安康魔芋分离物独立于组III中,具有较大的分子变异,且不同寄主分离物和不同地理位置来源的DsMV在进化树中没有明显相关性。The complete coat protein(cp) gene of Dasheen mosaic virus(DsMV) infecting Amorphophallus rivieri from Ankang was cloned by RT-PCR. The results showed that cp gene of DsMV infecting Amorphophallus rivieri from Ankang is 903 bp in length, encoding a predicated protein of 301 amino acids. Blast sequence alignment showed that the query cover was only 72%-80% and the consistency was 80.30%-87.98%. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that DsMV isolate Amorphophallus rivieri from Ankang was independent in group III and had much molecular variability. There was no significant correlation between DsMV isolates from different hosts and different geographical sources in the evolutionary tree.
