摘　　要：阴茎异常勃起是泌尿男科比较少见的急症,可以发生于任何年龄段。近年来成人阴茎异常勃起的发病率明显升高,由于其病因多变、引起的阴茎损伤多不可逆转,且传统治疗方式更多的是基于经验,存在对病理、生理机制理解不足的问题,本文就阴茎异常勃起的分类表现结合血液、药物、肿瘤等常见诱因及发病机制进行综述,以期帮助医生理解和处理阴茎异常勃起。Penile priapism is a rare emergency in urology and andrology,which can occur at any age.In recent years,the incidence rate of adult penile priapism has significantly increased.Due to its variable etiology and irreversible penile injury,traditional treatment methods are more experience-based and have insufficient understanding of pathophysiological mechanisms.In this paper,penile priapism is described in combination with common inducements and pathogenesis such as blood,drugs,tumors and so on,so as to help doctors to understand and deal with penile priapism.
