可吸收医用膜预防精索静脉曲张患者术后疼痛的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨术中放置可吸收医用膜对精索静脉曲张术后疼痛等并发症的影响。方法 选取2016年1月至2019年1月武汉大学中南医院收治的138例精索静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据术中是否应用可吸收医用膜覆盖精索动脉及精索分为研究组(应用,n=86)和对照组(未应用,n=52)。观察并比较两组术后疼痛、阴囊水肿、复发及精液质量。结果 术后1个月,两组疼痛评分、疼痛情况比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后阴囊水肿发生率、复发率及术后3个月精液质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在精索静脉曲张患者术中使用可吸收医用膜,可减轻术后1个月的阴囊疼痛程度,但对术后阴囊水肿、复发和精液质量无影响。Objective To investigate the effect of intraoperative absorbable medical membrane on postoperative pain and other complications of varicocele.Methods A total of 138 patients with varicocele admitted to Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into study group(applied,n=86) and control group(not applied,n=52) according to whether absorbable medical mambrane was used to cover spermatic artery and spermatic cord during operation.Postoperative pain,scrotal edema,recurrence and semen quality were observed and compared between the two groups.Results At 1 month after surgery,there was a statistical difference between the control group and study group in pain score and pain conditions.However,there were no significant differences in the incidence of postoperative scrotal edema,recurrence rate,and semen quality at 3 months after surgery between the two groups.Conclusions The use of absorbable medical membrane in patients with varicocele during surgery can reduce the degree of scrotum at 1 month after surgery,but has no effect on postoperative scrotal edema,recurrence and semen quality.
